How does it work?

You complete a short intake about the role. HireSciences builds a custom assessment and sends it to you for review, free until you approve it. You administer it on-site, and each candidate gets a one-page fit report that is reviewed before release.

How much does it cost?

A custom assessment build is $2,950 one-time per role and includes your first 10 candidate reports, with no subscription. Additional reports are $49 each after the first 10.

Does the assessment make the hiring decision?

No. Assessments are decision-support tools. Scoring is deterministic and auditable, aligned with the EEOC Uniform Guidelines, and findings map only to the requirements the employer names at intake. The employer makes the final decision.
