Accessibility Statement

HireSciences LLC is committed to making hiresciences.com and our assessment services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and part of how we build.

1. Our commitment

We want every user — including employers and candidates who use assistive technologies — to be able to access our content and complete our assessments. We work to remove barriers and improve the experience on an ongoing basis.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard most widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and we are working toward the additional criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Conformance is an ongoing process, and some parts of the site may not yet fully meet every criterion.

3. Measures we take

  • Semantic, structured HTML with descriptive headings.
  • Keyboard accessibility and visible focus indicators.
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content.
  • Form fields and controls with associated labels.

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies installed: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We prioritize fixes based on impact and welcome reports that help us identify issues.
